Company Structure

We began our venture in 2009, building on years of experience in the industry. Our activities are divided between two sister companies: coSolutions ApS and Knowtronic ApS, both owned by the same holding group and entirely self-financed, meaning they are not dependent on banks or external investors.

coSolutions ApS owns, sells, and develops the CDH Cloud back-office system, while Knowtronic ApS specializes in producing and developing hardware solutions, including forecourt equipment, outdoor payment terminals, point-of-sale systems, and in-vehicle delivery systems.

The two companies collaborate closely to deliver seamless solutions, integrating hardware and software into complete, all-inclusive offerings tailored to our customers needs.

Our Team

Located in Denmark, our team of 25 employees boasts years of experience and expertise in hardware and software solutions for the energy sector. As software developers, support agents, project managers, production workers, sales agents, shipping clerks, and office managers, we provide comprehensive services to meet all your needs and help grow your business.

What sets us apart from competitors is our desire to adapting to our customers' growing needs. Our products are built in cooperation with our customers and are constantly improved to enable them to meet a rapidly changing future.

CDH Cloud development

CDH Cloud is used daily by over 200 Scandinavian customers, serving more than 1,000 active users. Each month, our platform processes one million card transactions and facilitates over 40,000 bulk deliveries. Year over year, we grow by approximately 20-30%. The invoices generated by CDH Cloud amount to several billion euros annually.

Some of our larger customers include Driv Energi (Norway), PetroNord Group (Sweden), Preem (Norway, including most of their distributors), and Certas Energy (Norway).

CDH Cloud is fully owned and developed by coSolutions ApS. With our continued growth, we are regularly expanding our team. Currently, the CDH employee group consists of approximately 15 employees, including software developers and support staff. Our team possesses expertise in frontend development, databases, system architecture, and design.

We host all our services with AWS, enabling us to scale our computing power, deploy web and database servers, and implement load balancing as needed. Over the years, we have built our systems to be highly scalable and remain focused on maintaining that scalability. AWS provides a robust security framework and grants us access to experts with experience in managing large and complex installations.
